Data Protection at Big House Events Ltd 

This document outlines the Data Protection Statement and Policy at Big House Events Ltd. Your personal data is data, which, by itself or with other data can be used to identify you. We are Big House Events Ltd, suppliers of equipment for dry hire, custom made scenic and set elements for theatre, exhibitions or conferencing as directed in the client brief.

Client’s trading address

Client’s Email Address

Client’s phone and mobile phone numbers

Project venue name – If we are to deliver, install and/or strike the project

Project venue contact – If not the client named above

Clients invoice address – If not the client address above

Client invoice contact name – If not the client above

Client invoice contact details – email address, phone number, mobile phone number

Why that personal data is held:

  1. In order to perform our service to you

a) To provide you with a quote

b) To manage and deliver the project

c) To contact you about your account and recover payment

  1. For our own interests as a functioning business

a) For good governance, accounting, managing and auditing our business operations

b) To monitor emails, calls and other communications about the project or your account

  1. To comply with a legal obligation

a) When you exercise your rights under data protection law and make requests

b) For compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Sharing of your personal data:

Subject to applicable data protection law and only if necessary, we may share the data we hold with:
