RAINFOREST WEDDING (2015)

Immersive Event Production & Scenic Construction

Big House Events was commissioned to create a fully immersive rainforest environment for a large-scale wedding, transforming the venue through scenic construction, lighting, AV and live performance.

The build required careful coordination across multiple teams, with the scenic elements designed around lighting and AV requirements, performers, catering and the movement of guests throughout the space. With a fixed event schedule, planning the installation and understanding how each element would come together on site was a key part of the process.

From workshop fabrication through to the final installation, the project combined large-scale scenic construction with detailed planning and practical problem-solving to create an environment that worked seamlessly for everyone involved.

The finished space delivered an immersive experience for guests while demonstrating the considerable planning, coordination and technical understanding required behind the scenes to bring a complex live event together.
